FAQ


How long will my order take to arrive?
All Sweet and Berry items are made to order, so please allow up to up to 5-14 working days for dispatch, unless you have selected a Fast Track service.
If you're in the UK, your order should take 1-2 working days to arrive after dispatch. For international orders, please allow from 5-7 working days for delivery after dispatch. Please note that Sweet and Berry cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays to your order.
If your order has not arrived, please check with your local sorting office to see if it is waiting for you there. If someone tried to deliver while you were out, they will often leave notification.

Payment Method
This store uses PayPal and Stripe for payments, and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
 

What are the Postage and Packing costs?
Shipping to the UK is via Royal Mail First Class and costs start from £1.50 to £3.95 (Crown / Hat ). If you would like your order via Recorded delivery, please choose recorded delivery at the checkout
For the rest of the world, standard delivery is sent by Royal Mail Airmail and costs from £4. We offer International Signed For Delivery at an additional cost, please choose recorded delivery at the checkout

I have changed my mind and no longer want my item(s), can I cancel?
If your order has not been shipped, please send us a email to hello@sweetandberry.co.uk that you would like to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund and cancel.
If your order has been shipped we can no longer cancel the order. If when it arrives you wish to return the item(s), please return them to the address attached on the parcel unopened and in saleable condition including packaging to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping is paid for by the customer and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item returns to us safely.

Upon receipt of the items we will issue a refund for the item(s), less shipping costs and less fee of 25% of the item cost.

If your order is a custom order we do not accept cancellations due to additional purchases of materials. Once a custom order has been placed, the sale is final and we will only accept returns in exceptional circumstances.

My item is faulty/damaged
If when you receive your item there is a fault, please return it to us. Upon receipt we will inspect the item and resolve to fix the item before returning it to you. Only in exceptional circumstances will be offer a refund.

My item has not arrived
If you believe your item to be late, Please check the shipping date on your order Please also check with your local Post Office. During busy periods, e.g. Christmas and Bank Holidays, shipping times are expected to take longer. Please take this into account. We ship all orders using Royal Mail, their policy is that an item is not lost until 10 working days after shipping for UK post and 45 working days for International mail.

If your order is incorrect, please send us a photo of your order along with a direct message and we will solve the problem for you
